OK, I forgot my blog password (which is a sure sign I’ve been neglecting all of you and you may feel free to commence the verbal flogging) so, I couldn’t post an update.  Here’s a quick list of how things are:

  • We got a kitty.  Her name is Emily.  She was found half starving, full of worms and covered with scratches in a parking lot in Baton Rouge.  Now, she is healthy as a dog.  She plays fetch and pants…  I might want to take her to a counselor.
  • Z has a girlfriend.  Well, this isn’t news, it’s just a continuation of the relationship he established last year.  They are both in Gifted & Talented together and he’s thrilled that she’s so smart.  Oh, and she wants to be a Marine Biologist when she grows up.
  • Ted the turtle is growing well.  He enjoys lettuce and apples most.
  • I’m tired.  But, I’m determined.

Perhaps I’ll remember to give more frequent small updates.
